      Description

The HPC team recognises the importance of health and wellbeing. We use tailored assessments and lifestyle interventions to improve our clients overall health and wellbeing.
      Services available include:
      - Body Composition via Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) is a method used to estimate the proportion of different components in the human body. For individuals aiming to lose or gain weight, understanding their body composition is crucial.
      - Full Blood Count (FBC) provides valuable information about the immune system and the efficiency of oxygen transport in the body.
      - Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) is the baseline energy expenditure necessary for maintaining basic physiological functions. The result of this test allows for the creation of personalized caloric intake recommendations.
      - LiveWell: Health Check Basic offers participants the opportunity to test their body composition, blood pressure and lung function, and provides them with advice and guidance about lifestyle factors that influence overall well-being.
      - FatMax Test for Health can help identify exercise training zones at which an individual burns the maximum amount of fat as a percentage of total energy expenditure. This test is valuable for those who are interested in optimising weight loss during exercise.
