Overview

Professor in Health Workforce within the School of Allied and Community Health. I previously worked as a Practice Development Radiographer in Radiation Oncology and joined LSBU in 2005. I obtained my PhD at London South Bank University in 2012. My research focuses on Workforce Development and Virtual Education.  I supervise a number of PhD students and previously led the Professional Doctorate in Health. My professional body engagment includes being an Editoral Fellow for the journal Radiography and an assessor for the Society and College of Radiographers.  I am recognised as a Senior Fellow HEA.
