Personal profile
Overview
I joined London South Bank University in 2021 as an Associate Lecturer in Management within the Business School. Prior to this, I served as a Research Associate at Lagos Business School in Nigeria, where I supported various applied research engagements. My consulting experience at J.Soji-George & Co. involved the ideation and implementation of training initiatives funded by multinational organisations such as General Electric and ExxonMobil. I have also held academic positions at the University of Lagos, where I contributed to both teaching and research, including undergraduate and postgraduate project supervision. I am currently undertaking a PhD in Management, Marketing and People at London South Bank University, funded by the London Centre for Business and Enterprise Research (LCBER).
Research Interests
My research centres on multiculturalism in both organisational and consumer contexts. I am particularly interested in how cultural identity and diversity shape key workplace behaviours, including decision-making, bias and discrimination, and identity formation. More broadly, my work spans organisational behaviour, cross-cultural management, diversity and inclusion, employability, and consumer behaviour in multicultural environments. I have presented my research at leading international conferences such as the Academy of Management (USA) and the Africa Academy of Management. My academic contributions include peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, case studies, and collaborative research projects focused on employment practices, leadership, and organisational culture.
