Dr Ali Tighnavard Balasbaneh

I am a lecturer in project management at LSBU Business School, having joined in early 2024 with over seven years of international working experience. I began my career as a lecturer in 2016. My major is Project Management, and I have delivered lectures on many relevant topics at both the master's and bachelor's levels.

My main research interests are Circular Economy; Construction Management, Sustainability, Life Cycle Assessment, Life Cycle Cost, Social Life Cycle Assessment, Circular Economy, Prefabricated Structural Systems, Offsite Manufacturing, Modular Construction, Engineering Wood, Nearly Zero Energy Buildings, Smart Buildings, and Low Energy Ventilation, Sustainability of Product Technologies.
In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I actively contribute to the research community. I serve as a member of the editorial board for two journals: the Journal of Architectural Environment & Structural Engineering Research and the Journal of Building Material Science. Furthermore, I earned certification as an International Project Manager from the American Academy of Project Management in 2023. My work in intellectual property is also noteworthy. I have registered five copyright applications and filed one patent.
