Research Interests
I’m a researcher in the field of Organizational Behavior working to better understand how individual’s cognitions, emotions, attitudes and behaviors are shaped within the workplace. I am also an Assistant Lecturer who enjoys sharing knowledge with others, and gets energized in an academic environment. I enjoy generating new ideas and devising solutions to broadly relevant problems. I would describe myself as a driven, resourceful individual who maintains a positive, proactive attitude when faced with adversity.
