Overview

I am an Associate Lecture in LSBU Business School and School of Built Environment and Architecture. I joined LSBU in 2022 having previously worked in the construction industry and academia in Sri Lanka. I first studied Architecture, built my practice, and moved into study Project Management. I am currently reading for my PhD at the London South Bank University, and I teach Research Methods and Construction Practice.

Research Interests

My research focus on ethics, project management and disaster contexts. I am interested in exploring how we could manage projects in extreme situations like rebuilding after disasters. My current research is inter-disciplinary in nature and revolves around domains of professionalism, morality, organisational theory, in the context of disaster.
