Overview
I am a Senior Lecturer of Marketing at LSBU Business School. I was awarded my PhD from the University of Surrey in 2004. I have extensive experience of teaching a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate modules in the areas of Consumer Behaviour, Cross Cultural Consumer Behaviour and Market Research. I am a Certified Member of the Market Research Society.
Research interests
My research specialism is in consumer decision-making, understanding the effects of political instability and terrorism on tourist behaviour. I also focus on areas of social marketing and cross-cultural consumer behaviour. I have published a book in my research specialism and presented at international conferences.
