Overview
I am currently the Pathway lead the BA Business Management with Human Resource Management and I specialise in teaching Human Resource Development at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. More recently I have been seconded to teach on our external programme for the London Housing Foundation Postgraduate management certificate.
Research Interests
I originally started my career in Marketing working for the financial services industry moving into Learning and Development and Human Resource management. In addition to working full time I started teaching on the CIPD programmes as a part time lecturer and subsequently completed my teaching qualification. I have taught professional qualifications including the CIPD, ILM and CMI.
I have continued to develop my own skills alongside working in Higher Education and most recently been awarded Recognised Practitioner in Advising (RPA) from UKAT, the United Kingdom Advising and Tutoring association.
I am currently working on a paper around good work index and what constitutes good work in former soviet states, including Kazakhstan.
