    Research Interests

I am a registered Clinical Psychologist and Senior Lecturer, combining experience across clinical practice and education. After gaining a BSc (Hons) in Social Psychology at the London School of Economics, I completed my professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of East London. I worked as a senior Psychologist for 15 years in the NHS in Community Psychology, Adult and Child settings. The psychology team I lead was awarded the Anna Leaf national prize for best Parent-infant service in 2018.
In 2019 I joined the School of Psychology at LSBU. My research interests are in Perinatal lived experiences and in the work experiences of maternity staff. Alongside my work at LSBU I work as part of an independent Psychology and Therapy service offering specialist interventions for individuals, couples and their babies. I also offer reflective practice groups to Midwives in training in London NHS trusts.
