Graduate from the National Bakery School at LSBU. Well connected throughout the baking industry and worked within the artisan baking sector. Well rounded in all areas of baking with specialty in pastry and bread. Nominated finalist for Rising Star Award at the Baking Industry Awards 2022.
Research Interests
Teaching evening masterclasses in pastry with special attention payed to the transfer of traditional technical skills to modern products and flavour combinations as well as skill transfer from a professional kitchen to the home kitchen.
