My study aims to evaluate how the detrimental effects of Narcissistic and Machiavellian behaviours, displayed in a professional setting, impact the mental well-being of employees.

Research Interests

This study aims to shed light on the factors driving narcissistic and Machiavellian tendencies in individuals, exploring how these patterns influence both the overall productivity of employees and the organization. The key to preventing mental health issues in the workplace lies in effectively managing psychosocial risks. Employers are encouraged to implement organizational interventions that specifically address the working environment and its contexts. Such interventions seek to diminish, modify, or eliminate potential threats to mental health at work. Examples of organizational interventions include implementing flexible work hours or establishing regulations to counteract occupational harassment and abuse.
