Overview
I am a graduate of The National Bakery School, having completed my BSc in Baking Technology and Management in 2018. I worked in the chocolate industry for 5 years and now I've returned to the NBS to pass on my passion and knowledge of the creative chocolate world to our students.
Research Interests
Outside of lecturing, I will be running masterclasses in handmaking chocolate truffles, Christmas treats and analysing chocolates from across the globe.
