Overview
I am a Lecturer in the Institute of Health and Social Care, School of Allied Health Sciences. I specialise in Sport Rehabilitation with interests in Strength and Conditioning. I spent three years working in Further Education Institutions teaching related degree programmes before joining LSBU.
I joined LSBU in 2019 where I have taken a key role in shaping and developing both the undergraduate and integrated masters programmes in Sport Rehabilitation. In addition to these responsibilities, I am the Admissions Tutor for the IM/BSc (Hons) Sport Rehabilitation programmes.

Research Interests
My research interests revolve around bridging the gap between injury rehabilitation and sports performance.
