Personal profile
Overview
I am a lecturer in Business and Management at LSBU Business School. I joined LSBU in 2024.
I fascinated by understanding what makes people tick: what drives their thoughts, feelings and behaviour. I have over 18 years of experience in consumer insight and marketing.
My academic background is in the psychology of judgement and decision-making, and I am also a qualified psychological therapist. My research interests bring these two areas together: the psychology of uncertainty, the impact of emotions on decision-making, and loss aversion. My current research focuses on the psychological experience of uncertainty and its impact on decision-making. I am also interested in stress management and psychological wellbeing at work and in student life.
