Mr Mohammed Koysor Miah

With over 10 years’ experience as a Senior Clinical Pharmacist, my foundation training was undertaken across Southeast London teaching hospitals. I have experience in opening and managing community pharmacy. I work as an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist in General Practice, specialising in long-term conditions management and medication reviews. I have worked as the Pharmacy Lead for an NHS Local Care Network for the development and establishment of services as well as supporting workforce training and development. I am currently the Lead Clinical Pharmacist for Bromley Primary Care Networks and a Senior Lecturer for Non-Medical Prescribing specialising in pharmacology and drug calculations.

- Clinical Pharmacy Congress 2019 Presentation (London Excel Centre): Lambeth Integrated Pharmacy Service – A new commissioned primary care pharmacy service for frail and housebound patients integrated with General Practice
