Overview

Nazanin Nami is a lecturer in Business and Management at LSBU Business School. Her research explores the complex interactions and strategies among supply chain partners with different power dynamics, with a particular focus on the pharmaceutical industry. She investigates how these systems can be better coordinated for efficiency and sustainability.

During her PhD at Alliance Manchester Business School, Nazanin studied the integration of reverse logistics and traditional supply chains using evolutionary game dynamics. Her work identified key factors that influence long-term coordination in closed-loop systems. Through this research, she aims to develop strategies that not only reduce businesses' environmental footprints but also enhance their operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Her findings have been published in top journals, including the International Journal of Production Research, Annals of Operations Research, and Computers & Industrial Engineering.
