Overview
I am a Senior Lecturer in Civil Engineering at the School of the Built Environment and Architecture. I joined LSBU in 2021 having previously worked for 20 years in the Construction Industry and studied in Rome, University of Tor Vergata" and in London at UCL. I teach civil and structural engineering to both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.
Research Interests
My research interests include sustainable materials, structural optimization, complex geometry and modular construction.
Since joining LSBU in September 2021, I have been strengthening my relationship with industry leaders to enhance LSBU's students' experience and explore opportunities for collaboration.
I am currently involved in research into more sustainable materials, curved crease long span structure optimization and modular construction also collaborating with the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" and industry consultants.
