I'm an Associate Professor in Sport Exercise and Health, and Lead for the Sport and Exercise Science Research Group.
I look at how our environment (spaces, cultures, cities) and tasks nudge people to be more active and learn or perform movement skills better. Working with coaches, schools/clubs, and local authorities, I study, teach and advise on how everyday environments and tasks invite movement, grow skills, and keep people of all ages active.
