Personal profile

Overview

I have been involved with teaching therapeutics and prescribing for over 15 years. I started at LSBU, 2011-15, and then re-joined in 2017-present. I have worked at several Universities, including Queen's University Belfast (where I completed my PhD) and the University of Nottingham. As an experienced medical educator, I am involved in the delivery and development of university teaching, research, continuing professional development, as well as National and International conference speaking. I strive to achieve real world impact by teaching, publishing and promoting independent prescribing, with a view to improving person-centred care in this field.
