I am a Senior Lecturer and Course Director for the Postgraduate Certificate (PgCert) in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Imaging, in the School of Allied and Community Health. Alongside academia, I work as a Band 7 MSK Sonographer in the radiology department at Queen’s Hospital BHRUT NHS Trust.
Research Interests
I serve as Deputy Editor at Ultrasound Journal of the British Medical Ultrasound Society (BMUS), Accreditor at the Consortium for the Accreditation of Sonographic Education (CASE), External Examiner for the MSc Radiography and BSc/MSc Medical Ultrasound courses at Birmingham City University (BCU), Reviewer for The Ultrasound Journal of the World Interactive Network Focused on Critical Ultrasound (WINFOCUS), Treasurer for the Greek Athletic Therapy Association (GATA), and Committee Chair in the Research and Education Committee of the World Federation of Athletic Therapy (WFATT). Currently, I am pursuing my PhD at London South Bank University focusing on the use of ultrasound imaging in the management of musculoskeletal disorders by allied health professionals.
