Overview

Tracey Aquino is a barrister, and has been a senior Lecturer at London South Bank University for more than 30 years. She was Course Director on the CPE course and was responsible for outreach activities for law. Her teaching interests include the Law of Tort, professional negligence and civil litigation and advocacy. She has taught criminal law evidence and family law, and still teaches opinion writing and drafting, civil litigation and personal injury litigation to trainee barristers.
She has extensive experience in devising and delivering courses at undergraduate, postgraduate and professional levels, both online and face-to-face.

Research Interests

Tracey is an Associate Examiner for the University of London International LLB Programme and a visiting lecturer at Hong Kong University SPACE.
In the past she has conducted the University of London International LLB Revision Courses in Malaysia, Trinidad and London. She has been a Visiting Lecturer at HSE Moscow and is a Guest Lecturer at the Polish Bar Association in Warsaw.
Tracey teaches Opinion writing and Drafting, Evidence, Civil Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation to students on the BTC.
She acts as a legal consultant to a firm of solicitors.
