Research Interests

My research focuses on enhancing teaching and learning experiences in higher education, with a particular emphasis on accounting education, inclusive education, and employability skills development. My work explores the evolving landscape of pedagogy, especially the effectiveness of pre-recorded lectures and flipped classrooms, and their impact on student engagement and academic performance.

I have a growing interest in post-pandemic education, investigating student preferences for teaching and assessment methods in a hybrid learning environment. I also explore the intersection of education and employability, examining how business simulations and professional body engagement can support skills development among undergraduate students.

My recent research expands into the area of inclusion and accessibility, with a focus on the employment experiences of individuals with sight impairment in the UK, reflecting a broader commitment to social equity and diversity in educational and professional contexts.
