Research Interests
With years of experience in innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship, I'm constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible and seeking out new tools and techniques to make learning engaging, immersive and fun.
As an accomplished author and co-author of numerous research outputs, my work has been recognized and archived by international organisations like the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the US Export Import Bank, and referenced in policy papers by EU institutions. My book on FDI protection was even nominated for the prestigious British Insurance Law Association Book Award.
My academic background includes a PhD in International Business/Financial Law and an LLM in International Corporate Governance, Financial Regulation, and Economic Law from the University of London, Institute of Advanced Legal Studies. I also hold a BSc in International Business and an LLB in Law.
In addition to my academic pursuits, I've worked as an international consultant, helping companies and organizations across the EMEA region tackle challenges related to international business protection, corporate restructuring, and corporate digitisation strategies. As a visiting lecturer and consulting professor at some of the leading institutions in the UK and the US, I've helped design and deliver postgraduate modules and programs that push the boundaries of what's possible.
My expertise and passion for innovation and sustainability has led me to co-create and co-direct a groundbreaking Think Tank program in the UK on Digital Culture, Finance & Ecological Sustainability. As an active member of organizations like the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Swiss Arbitration Association below 40, and the Society of Legal Scholars (SLS), I'm committed to driving positive change through innovation and collaboration.
At the end of the day, I believe that true innovation requires a mindset shift, a willingness to question the status quo and take bold risks. By inspiring and empowering the next generation of leaders, I'm confident that we can build a brighter, more innovative future for all.
