Article to supplement the Policy Forum for London: Next Steps for Growth in the Thames Estuary

The Chair of the Policy Forum for London: Next Steps for Growth in the Thames Estuary (14th March conference, central London) requested a 600 word article giving findings from a three-year international study on the internal organisational culture of high technology clusters. These were the results of a four-year international study "Public Service Media in the Digital Mediascapes: People, Values, and Processes' (2015-19). The research has also been used by the GLA (meeting at City Hall, Spring 2019) to inform the Thames Estuary Production Corridor strategy.
