N2 - The purpose of this study was to investigate the attitude of secondary school principles & teachers in prospect of inclusive education in Karachi. The sample consisted of 39 randomly selected principles, regular teachers and special education teachers from 4 different schools. The results of this study showed that inclusive education in Karachi facing problem in the aspect of funding and staff training. Principles attitudes were disappointing in aspects of 'shared strategy'. Both groups of teachers' responses were encouraging in all factors, and they demonstrate optimistic reply. Government of Pakistan can encourage teachers by training and include their feedback in strategy making. Main barrier in the eyes of respondents was lacking of weighted funding and fund of staff training was perceived supportive step for inclusive education.
