Abstract

This seminar presentation will provide an overview of corporate partnering and knowledge transfer activities at Imperial College London in the United Kingdom. This will include discussion of the partnering approaches adopted across a range of multidisciplinary research themes and this will be illustrated with various examples from scientific, engineering, and medical science areas. There will also be discussion of the commercial strategies adopted to support technology transfer activities, including licensing and start-up company formation.
