Abstract
Following 1990s refugee crises caused by the break-up of Yugoslavia the EU passed a directive on temporary protection. The directive indicates that there were lessons to be learned. The poster shows some of the refugee pressures since 1992 and pose questions why the directive has never been activated even during the great crisis in 2015.
