Amidst the allure of cutting-edge technologies, there's a common inclination among students in higher education to seek out ostentatious tools thinking they can effortlessly handle construction management and surveying tasks with just a few clicks. This mindset has its merits as it encourages students to nurture both their creative and technical hemispheres.
