N2 - The rapid evolution of the business landscape, driven by technological advancements and globalization, necessitates a transformative approach to business education. Traditional methods usually focused on theoretical knowledge and passive learning, often fall short in preparing students for real-world managerial challenges. This paper explores the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in business education, highlighting a paradigm shift where students transition from passive learners to active managers. AI-driven tools and platforms enable personalized learning, immersive simulations, and real-time decision-making exercises, fostering critical managerial skills such as leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. In recent times, the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of remote and hybrid learning models. Therefore, this situation emphasizes the need for innovative educational approaches. Therefore, AI integration in business schools can create dynamic, experiential learning environments. These environments can provide a foundation for students to face the complexities of the modern business world. This paper examines the limitations of traditional business education, the benefits of AI integration, and the ethical considerations associated with AI-driven learning. Ultimately, it provides a framework for how business schools can adapt to meet the evolving demands of the digital economy and cultivate the next generation of business leaders.
