Abstract
This report presents the findings of a 2 year project Co-led by Dr Martha Shaw and Alexis Stones (UCL-Institute of Education), to explore students conceptions of citizenship and the relationship to religion/worldview and the value of a 'worldviews approach' in education to promoting inclusive citizenship. It pioneers a new methodology, based on worldview literacy (Shaw, 2022) that is both data generative and pedagogical. This is the basis of a set of free resources for teachers hat are available on the LSBU website: https://www.lsbu.ac.uk/research/centres-groups/re-imagining-learning-communities/understanding-the-interplay-education-lived-worldviews-and-citizenship#content3-414973
